Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling to students for academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns.
Support students in developing self-awareness, resilience, emotional well-being, and positive coping skills.
Identify students requiring additional support and prepare appropriate intervention plans.
Conduct classroom sessions and workshops on life skills, mental health, stress management, bullying prevention, career awareness, and personal safety.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to address students' developmental and behavioral needs.
Maintain confidential counselling records and documentation in accordance with school policies and ethical standards.
Conduct student observations, assessments, and referrals to external specialists when required.
Qualifications
Master's Degree (MA/M.Sc.) in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
