Sr DevOps Engineer – Job DescriptionOverview

A DevOps Engineer designs, implements, and maintains systems that enable continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and efficient infrastructure management. They focus on automation, scalability, system reliability, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Automation & CI/CD
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Automate code deployment, testing, and release processes
Infrastructure Management
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Hands on experience in GKE,AKE, AKS, Github, GitLab, Nexus , Postman etc
Hands on experience in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
System Monitoring & Reliability
Monitor application performance and uptime
Set up alerts and logging systems
Troubleshoot production issues
Collaboration
Work closely with developers, QA, and IT teams
Improve development workflows and deployment speed
Configuration Management
Security & Compliance
Implement best practices for system security
Manage access control and data protection

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)




Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, GitLab, Nexus , Postman)
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
Understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience with microservices , API Proxy architecture
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Hands on experience in GKE,AKE, AKS, Github, GitLab, Nexus , Postman etc
Hands on experience in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
