Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.
Handle billing, basic documentation, and customer inquiries.
Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and cleanliness.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items.
Support inventory checks and stock management as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a jewellery showroom or retail sales.
