Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and project acquisition for our construction contracting business. The ideal candidate should have solid industry connections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of securing projects and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business prospects in the construction sector.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and corporate clients.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into projects.
Track upcoming projects, tenders, and market developments.
Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposals and tender submissions.




Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with clients.
Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
B.E. Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
5+ years of experience in Business Development within the Construction Contracting industry.
Strong network within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Positive understanding of contracts, tendering, and project acquisition.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
