e are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tally Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for Tally ERP/TallyPrime software. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, valuable communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tally ERP/TallyPrime software.
Provide technical and functional support to customers via phone, remote access, and in office visits.
Resolve issues related to accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and Tally operations.
Assist clients with data backup, restoration, and data migration.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
Maintain customer support records and follow up on pending queries.
Train customers on basic Tally features and usage.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
