Qualification : (desired skills and experience)

Diploma or Graduate in EE/ ECE or relevant field

Experienced in all aspects of PV maintenance, including
PV DC operations,
AC medium voltage systems,
Network communications and monitoring
Inverter diagnostics and repair.
Demonstrated diagnostic capabilities to trouble shoot and correct problems found in the field.
Skilled in the use of testing equipment and tools such as
Thermo graphic Electrical Inspection
IV Curve Tracing
Meggers
Ground Fault Detection
EHS / OSHA Training
NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety
Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams
Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight.




Provide direction and on-the-job training for less experienced technicians
Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends.

Maintenance of up to 100 MW of solar power.
Performing troubleshooting and repairs on site including
PV DC operations,
AC medium voltage systems,
Network communications and monitoring
Inverter diagnostics and repair.
Overseeing and monitoring project construction on site
Responding to and resolving consumer complaints politely and efficiently.
