Job Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.
Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
Interact with clients and incorporate design requirements.
Prepare presentations, BOQs, and material specifications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Robust knowledge of residential and commercial projects
Good understanding of construction methods and detailing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Candidate
Solid design sense
Knowledge of up-to-date architectural materials
Excellent visualization skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Problem-solving mindset
