Nature of Work:
Knowledge of Sheet Metal Operation
Knowledge of Laser, TPP & Bending Process
Knowledge of ISO 9000
Knowledge of ERP System
Knowledge of Drawing reading
Able to manage 40 no’s Team Size

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all process About Press Shop.
Resolving Production issue Occurred in shift.
Set work sequences and communicating to the subordinate and ensure.
Update Daily Production Reports
Take necessary actions and decisions to control Rejection/Rework




Maintains quality products by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Provide training enhancing technical skills of Casuals and workman.
Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
Investigate production and process issues providing technical support.
Ensure and update production entries in ERP system.
Move material daily basis to next operation.
Rearrange Production sequences according to Internal as well as external Customer needs.
Provides suggestions and valid inputs for existing product as well as for recent product development.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest and implement improvements.
Shift change & Extra hours duty form filling.
