Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager for our Hotel & Resort business. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, leisure bookings, weddings, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business for room revenue, group bookings, and leisure sales
Develop corporate accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
Handle wedding, banquet, and event sales leads and ensure conversions
Build strong tie-ups with travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
Conduct sales meetings, property visits, and presentations
Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets
Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and client database updates
Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution and guest satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years experience in Hotel/Resort Sales
Strong knowledge of Corporate Sales / MICE / Wedding Sales
Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills
Target-oriented personality with strong closing skills
Experience in Pune market is preferred
