Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets.
Lead vendor sourcing, pre-qualification, techno-commercial evaluation, and finalization of subcontractors and suppliers.
Draft, review, and manage subcontract agreements, purchase contracts, and work orders, ensuring legal and commercial compliance.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions to achieve optimal project margins.
Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and support tendering and bid submissions.
Monitor project procurement budgets, cost-to-completion (CTC), and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.
Oversee issuance and tracking of purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and supplier billing.
Coordinate with project teams for material planning, scheduling, and timely site mobilization.
Manage logistics planning, vendor deliveries, and inventory control to avoid delays or cost overruns.




Ensure proper documentation and control of procurement records, contracts, variations, and change orders.
Generate MIS reports covering procurement status, cost tracking, consumption analysis, and forecasts.
Collaborate with project, finance, legal, and design teams for smooth project execution and dispute resolution.
Build and maintain a solid vendor ecosystem, ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
Identify cost-saving prospects through value engineering and alternate sourcing strategies.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
