Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage corporate

health check-up programs and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

coordinating healthcare operations, managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, and

driving seamless execution of preventive healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage corporate health camps across client locations.
Oversee end-to-end execution of employee health check-up programs.
Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for client queries and operational support.
Coordinate with diagnostic partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely

service delivery.
Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure of health check-up cases.




Conduct quality checks of medical reports and maintain compliance standards.
Manage documentation and report-sharing processes with clients.
Organize periodic client reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, service quality standards, and turnaround

times.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
