Job Responsibilities
Explain membership packages and benefits over phone and in person.
Read, write, and speak Bengali fluently to communicate with customers. (must be familiar with Abhra language)
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Eligibility
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
Must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali fluently. (must be familiar with Abhra language)
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Sales or customer support experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
