Job Description – Commis (I, II, III) – Bakery Production & Hot Kitchen

Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our bakery production team. The role involves preparing high-quality bakery products, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, brownies, pastries, and other products as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor baking processes, quality, and adherence to hygiene standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
Assist in inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimizing wastage.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and timelines.




Train and guide junior team members (for senior roles).

Qualifications:
Educational background in Hotel Management or Bakery preferred.
Experience:
Commis I: 3–5 years
Commis II: 1–3 years
Commis III: 0–1 year
Basic to advanced bakery knowledge, depending on the role.

Skills:
Attention to detail and quality control.
Teamwork and communication.
Time management and ability to work under production targets.
Willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
