Position: Chemical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineer to join our Polymer/Foam manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of chemical testing, quality control, process optimization, and polymer/foam manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct chemical testing and quality analysis of raw materials and finished products.
Monitor and optimize production processes.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
Support R&D; and process improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues.
Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (Master's Degree preferred).
Strong understanding of chemical testing and laboratory procedures.
Knowledge of polymer and foam manufacturing processes.





Experience
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in chemical testing.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the Polymer/Foam Industry.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of PU Foam, Polymer Chemistry, and Quality Control.
Familiarity with laboratory instruments and testing methods.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ISO standards and industrial safety practices is an advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
