About the Role

Studio 5 Design is looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from execution to handover. The ideal candidate should have robust site management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a good understanding of interior construction, ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities for residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of work.
Manage carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum, flooring, and finishing works.
Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure high workmanship standards.
Track material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.




Resolve in office issues and provide practical execution solutions.
Maintain daily progress reports and update project status to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate site measurements and verify execution accuracy.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
Positive understanding of BOQs and material specifications.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.
Leadership skills to handle labour and contractor teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
