Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium and Java
Build and enhance automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, Maven, or similar tools)
Execute automated and manual test cases to validate application functionality
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using standard defect tracking tools
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests (e.g., Jenkins)
Ensure test coverage, scalability, and performance of automation solutions

Requirements




4–8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Solid hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java
Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks (TestNG, Maven, or similar)
Valuable understanding of API testing and relevant tools such as Postman or Rest Assured
Solid knowledge of functional testing principles and SDLC/STLC processes
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills
