Job Summary

The Store In-Charge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse/store, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward).
Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
Track damaged, expired, or slow-moving items.
Goods Receiving
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Inspect quality, quantity, and condition of goods.
Record GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update stock system.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts for discrepancies.
Storage & Organization
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of store/warehouse.
Implement proper storage practices for safety and quality.
Ensure proper use of pallets, racks, and space utilization.
Dispatch & Delivery
Prepare materials as per issue requests.
Verify dispatch quantity and documentation.
Maintain dispatch register and delivery challans.




Coordinate with logistics and transport team.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain stock registers, ledgers, and system updates.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Track material consumption and usage trends.
Maintain records of returns and scrap.
Team Coordination
Supervise store assistants and loaders.
Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.
Ensure smooth material flow for operations.
Safety & Compliance
Follow safety and warehouse regulations.
Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
Maintain fire safety and emergency readiness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
