About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Digital Cutting Machine Operator with strong maintenance and servicing capabilities to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC cutting equipment from leading international brands.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC digital cutting machines (Jwei, Zünd, Arrow, Gerber, and other international brands) to produce accurate, high-quality cuts as per production specifications
Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC cutting machines to minimize downtime
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on cutting equipment
Calibrate machines and update cutting software/nesting programs as required
Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting patterns, and production files
Maintain machine logs, service records, and spare parts inventory
Coordinate with production planning to meet daily output targets
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures
Train junior operators on machine handling and basic maintenance when required

Requirements




Proven experience operating and servicing CNC digital cutting machines from brands such as Jwei, Zünd, Arrow, Gerber, or similar
Robust understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems used in CNC equipment
Familiarity with cutting software and CAD/CAM file handling
Ability to read technical/engineering drawings
Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational day and night shifts
Open to overseas travel for trade shows, technical training, and vendor visits
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/ITI or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
Prior experience in garment, leather, packaging, composites, or similar cutting industries
Basic proficiency in English (for technical manuals and overseas training)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
