Job Description: We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Officers with an MBBS qualification to join our dynamic team at Cadabam's. As a Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing medical care and support to our clients with psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities:
Conducting medical assessments and examinations of patients presenting with psychiatric disorders.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies based on patient needs and treatment goals.
Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
Participating in case conferences and treatment planning meetings with other healthcare professionals.
Ensuring compliance with medical ethics, standards of practice, and legal regulations.




Contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on advances in psychiatric medicine and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license to practice in India.
Prior experience in psychiatry or mental health settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Robust clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based medical care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
