Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
Create a secure, happy, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based learning.
Maintain effective classroom management while encouraging positive behaviour and discipline.
Conduct circle time, storytelling, phonics, rhymes, and experiential learning activities.
Organise and participate in school events, celebrations, performances, and parent engagement activities.
Observe children's progress and maintain academic records and portfolios.




Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and well-being.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and child care within the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (NTT/ECCE/B.Ed. preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Solid classroom management and discipline skills.
Creative and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for children.
Proficiency in Dance, Music, Art & Craft is essential.
Ability to conduct interactive activities, performances, and creative sessions.
Team player with a positive attitude, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior preschool teaching experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
