Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Imports Associate to support our procurement and supply chain operations of customized packaging. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely import of goods. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, knowledgeable about import procedures, and skilled in managing documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process import orders in line with company requirements.
Prepare, review, and manage all import-related documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines to track and manage shipments.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import laws.
Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, shipment details, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of imports, costs, and supplier data.




Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, and warehouse) to streamline the import process.
Identify and escalate any risks or delays in shipment timelines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Knowledge regarding customized packaging in FMCG, retail sector or any other sector.
Prior experience in imports, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
Solid understanding of import procedures, shipping terms (Incoterms), and customs requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions).
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
