Serve as the Residential In-charge and oversee the overall functioning of the elderly care home, ensuring quality resident care, safety, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise day-to-day operations of the centre.

● Coordinate staffing schedules and attendance.

● Ensure resident wellbeing and satisfaction.

● Maintain resident records and documentation.

● Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, volunteers, and community partners.

● Monitor inventory and procurement needs.

● Prepare monthly operational reports.

● Support donor visits and corporate engagements.

● Organize resident activities and community events.

● Ensure compliance with centre policies and safety standards.





● Address concerns raised by residents, families, and staff.

● Any other tasks, as per requirement

Qualifications

● Any graduates can apply. Graduates in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related fields are added advantage.

Experience

● Freshers also can apply, experience candidates preferred

Skills

● Computer proficiency.

● Effective communication- Telugu, English, Hindi

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
