Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify current business prospects in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Drive branding, promotional campaigns, and participation in industry events/exhibitions.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
0–5 years of experience in sales & marketing within the power/energy/manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of cables, conductors, or related products preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver measurable results.

Compensation:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
