Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to assist in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage End to end recruitment activities such as including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Ensure that the recent hire orientation process introduces employees to the company’s work culture effectively.
Coordinating with candidates and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process
Supporting onboarding activities and documentation for current interns/employees
Maintaining and updating HR records, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers
Assisting in preparing HR reports, interview feedback records,



and documentation
Supporting employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication

Eligibility:

. Bachelor’s degree in Finance (B.Com)

· Master’s degree in Finance / HR (MBA preferred)

· Robust communication skill

· Interested in HR & recruitment

· Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred -Hiring in Finance (Like CA, GST Associate, Auditor)

Work Location: Gurugram (Sector 41) (Near HUDA Metro Station)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
