We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring digital marketing and IT specialists, managing the complete recruitment process, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

HR Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Rajouri Garden, Recent Delhi
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Hire candidates for Digital Marketing and IT roles.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory).




Experience hiring for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Web Developer, Content Writer, and Sales roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
