Responsibilities
Conduct engaging chess classes for children of different age groups.
Teach chess fundamentals, tactics, strategy, and game analysis.
Encourage students to participate in tournaments and improve their competitive performance.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and disciplined learning workplace.
Represent the academy with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
Good knowledge of chess (playing and teaching).
Passion for working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, soft-spoken, responsible, and eager to learn.
Positive attitude with a growth mindset.




Ability to motivate and mentor students.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience playing or coaching chess.
Participation in district, state, national, or FIDE-rated tournaments is an added advantage.
College students are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with strong chess knowledge and teaching potential are also welcome.
