Core Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Conduct initial evaluations, record medical histories, and formulate differential diagnoses.
Emergency Response: Provide immediate care in urgent situations, including resuscitation and trauma management.
Ward Management: Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with nursing teams.
Prescription & Documentation: Prescribe medications, order investigations, and maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
