We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Optometrist to join our optical showroom. The candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate eye tests, guiding customers in selecting the right lenses and frames, and ensuring a smooth and professional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct eye examinations using contemporary equipment
Prescribe accurate lens power (single vision, bifocal, progressive)
Guide customers in choosing frames & lenses based on face, usage & budget
Handle customer queries and provide expert advice
Coordinate with sales team for high conversion
Ensure proper fitting and adjustment of spectacles
Maintain records of prescriptions and customer data
Support store operations when required

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Optometry




1–3 years experience in optical store or clinic (freshers can also apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Customer handling & sales understanding
Basic knowledge of lens types & coatings

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 (+ incentive ) (depending on experience)
