Job Description – IT Head (Hospital)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, applications, and support services.
Ensure smooth functioning of HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS/PACS, ERP, and other hospital systems.
Oversee network, servers, cybersecurity, data backup, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.
Manage IT projects, system upgrades, vendor relationships, and annual IT budgets.
Provide technical support to clinical and non-clinical departments.
Ensure data security, user access control, and compliance with healthcare IT standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
10–15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital.
Solid knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
