Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operational Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, optimizing productivity, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
Identify process improvement prospects and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation where applicable.
Lead, train, and motivate operational staff.
Resolve operational issues and customer/service escalations efficiently.
Support senior management in strategic planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.




Proven experience in operations or business management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or operational software.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of process optimization and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience in industry-specific operations management.
Knowledge of budgeting, supply chain, or project management tools.
