The Sales Coordinator for Power Backup Solutions supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer inquiries, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of power backup products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing product information for power backup solutions.
Coordinate and process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of power backup products.
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Monitor and report on sales targets, pipeline, and performance metrics.




Maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle post-sales support, including troubleshooting, documentation, and warranty claims for power backup products.
Ensure smooth communication between sales, technical, and operational teams for project execution.
