Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts
Ability to plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars independently demonstrates explicit understanding of platform behaviour
Stays updated and applies trends with business relevance
Experience working on website backend (WordPress)
upload/edit pages, blogs, basic SEO settings
Ability to write structured content for business audience
Works comfortably within tight timelines without quality drop
Practical SEO understanding (keywords, headings, readability, meta basics)
Ability to read analytics and derive actionable insights
Can identify why a post performed or failed
Experience using content planning tools / sheets consistently
Collaborates effectively with designers or external agencies with clear briefs
High attention to detail (grammar, tone, brand alignment)
Robust written & verbal English communication in a business context
Handles feedback professionally and implements changes quickly




Shows curiosity to learn and improve based on performance Data
Applies AI to improve efficiency in content creation, research, and analysis, without relying blindly on outputs ensuring accuracy, originality, and relevance.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication / IT or related field
2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred)

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and SEO basics

Good communication skills (English preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
