We're looking for a well-connected Corporate Relationships Manager to open doors into companies across Chennai and convert them into partners. You'll sell curated styling experiences to corporate teams — small-group sessions at our Experience Centre and on-campus activations at client offices — positioned around employee engagement, women's-network programming, and festive-season activity.

This is a part time role built for someone who already holds the right relationships and can start conversations from day one. It's ideal for an experienced corporate BD professional who wants meaningful earning upside alongside their existing commitments, with a clear path to a larger role as the channel grows.

What You'll Do
Leverage your existing corporate network to open conversations with HR, employee-engagement, admin, and L&D; teams
Pitch and close our corporate offerings — on-campus styling pop-ups, Experience Centre group sessions, personal-branding workshops, and festive gifting tie-ups
Book and coordinate activations, working with our styling team on delivery
Build a repeatable pipeline of corporate partners across Chennai
Represent Fashionous professionally at client campuses and at our Experience Centre

Who We're Looking For
5+ years in corporate sales, key account management,



or B2B partnerships — with an existing, active network among HR, employee engagement, admin/facilities, or L&D; decision-makers
Background in corporate gifting, employee engagement/experiential events, corporate wellness or benefits, salon/beauty corporate programs, or hospitality corporate sales is strongly preferred
A genuine track record of opening corporate doors and closing group/experiential deals — someone who can start day one, not build a network from scratch
Comfortable selling an experience, not just a product
Self-driven and able to run this alongside other commitments
Interest in fashion, styling, or lifestyle is a plus

Compensation
Monthly retainer (commensurate with experience and network) plus an uncapped commission structure — a per-activation bonus, a percentage of corporate revenue you generate, and performance accelerators
Realistic combined earning potential that rewards a strong closer
A clear path to an expanded, full time role as the corporate channel scales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
