We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with experience in the automobile manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling purchase orders, vendor management, and rate negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per production and operational requirements
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers
Conduct vendor rate negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and savings
Maintain robust relationships with vendors for smooth supply chain operations
Compare quotations and finalize suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables
Monitor vendor performance and resolve any supply-related issues
Coordinate with production, stores, and finance teams for procurement planning
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures





Required Skills & Competencies:
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Positive knowledge of automobile parts / manufacturing processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Spine or similar)
Analytical mindset with cost optimization focus
Ability to handle multiple vendors and deadlines

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or relevant field
2–5 years of experience in procurement within the automobile or manufacturing industry

Preferred Skills:
Experience in vendor development and sourcing
Knowledge of local supplier markets
Familiarity with contract management and compliance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
