Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining services, following up with leads, and converting them into appointments/clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and manage customer enquiries.
Explain hair and skin care services, offers, and treatment details to potential clients.
Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions.




Maintain customer records and update call details regularly.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute towards business growth.
Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales/customer handling.
Experience from the hair, skin care, beauty, wellness, or clinic industry will be preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Looking for candidates interested in long-term association with the company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
