Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.
Understand client requirements and provide functional and aesthetic design solutions.
Prepare detailed drawings including:
2D layouts
Working drawings
False ceiling plans
Electrical layouts
Furniture layouts
3D views/rendering
Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site supervisors.
Conduct site visits and ensure proper execution as per approved design.
Manage project timelines, materials, and design quality standards.
Lead and mentor junior designers and drafting teams.
