Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with potential customers over calls. The role involves generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining our software solutions, and converting inquiries into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with potential clients and schedule product demonstrations.
Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
Provide regular updates on lead status and customer feedback.





Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification
Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales experience will be preferred.
