About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US & UK clients, driving lead generation and eCommerce growth for Shopify stores.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Manage lead generation campaigns for clients in the US & UK markets.
Develop and implement paid marketing strategies for Shopify eCommerce stores to drive sales and improve ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to improve campaign effectiveness.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and other tracking tools.
Create and test ad creatives, copy,



landing pages, and audience segments through A/B testing.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on ad spend.
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Amazon Ads
TikTok Ads
Experience handling lead generation campaigns for US & UK clients.
Hands-on experience with Shopify marketing and eCommerce campaigns.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and remarketing strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
