Job Title: Finance Trainee

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in finance, accounting, taxation, and financial operations. The trainee will receive hands-on exposure to day-to-day finance activities while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Help process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Maintain financial data in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Prepare MIS reports and analyze financial data as required.




Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for finance-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates pursuing or completed M.com or MBA (Finance) will have an added advantage.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
