Job Summary

We’re looking for a sharp, driven Influencer Marketing Manager to take charge of the entire Influencer Marketing department. This role isn’t just about running campaigns, it’s about leading from the front, owning end-to-end execution, and making sure every campaign hits hard and delivers real results. You’ll be the go-to for all things influencer, from strategy to negotiation to execution.

Roles and responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
Build and nurture relationships with influencers through outreach and communication.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
Plan and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefs, timelines, and performance tracking
Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing campaigns.
Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers to ensure cost effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms
Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all influencer communications
Identify recent opportunities for influencer partnerships.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
