Job Description:
- Manage the process and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
- Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame
- Handle escalations, Provide inputs on process and system/business application to the team members
- Client Interaction, where required at the level of Supervisors
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
- Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Must have experience in insurance Underwriting back office processes
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met by the team
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Must have fundamental knowledge of US insurance and high level Policy lifecycle
- Must be able to train a team, create SOPs and process maps
- Knowledge of Multiple transactions will be required as this will initially be a relatively small team
- Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per SOP
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met by the team/process
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Must have process knowledge and would be required to perform QA of transactions
- Ensure adherence to establish attendance schedules, Company Policies and Procedures
- Detailed knowledge of specific department products, workflows and procedures related to work performed
- Excellent interpretation skills
- Business Writing skills

Qualifications:
Graduate. 2-5 years of experience
