Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating contractors, monitoring
site progress, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to achieve project milestones.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local building regulations, and safety standards.
Inspect work quality and identify defects, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Monitor project progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the Project Manager.
Verify material deliveries, usage, and inventory to minimize wastage.
Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and clients as required.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, attendance, work permits, and inspection logs.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag lists and documentation.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in construction site supervision,



preferably in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
