Architect Rushikesh H is looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of large-scale architectural projects including
townships, residential developments, commercial office buildings, mixed-use projects, malls,
Lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution.
• Coordinate with RCC, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure compliance with DCR, NBC, local regulations, FSI, sale area, and BUA calculations.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and project review sessions.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.




• Solid design and planning capabilities, excellent understanding of building construction, RCC, steel structures, and building services. Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Software Proficiency
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Lumion/Enscape/D5 preferred)

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Experience: 7–15 Years
