Almond House is a well-known premium sweets and confectionery brand specializing in traditional Indian mithai with a contemporary touch. The company is expanding its digital presence to deliver high-quality products through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries and resolve complaints related to online orders

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

· Track online orders and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery

· Coordinate with production and logistics teams to manage inventory

· Manage shipments through Blue Dart and DHL, including waybill generation and dispatch

· Maintain accurate post-sales entries across all online platforms

· Coordinate with local delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of local orders

· Update and maintain the daily dispatch sheet

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
