Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate dispatch activities.
Assign drivers, vehicles, or field personnel to jobs/routes.
Monitor vehicle movements and delivery status.
Maintain communication with drivers, customers, and operations teams.
Prepare dispatch records, logs, and reports.
Handle route changes, delays, and emergency situations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records where applicable.
