We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing
Digital marketing / agency experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
Manage lead generation, conversion, traffic, and awareness campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting
Manage advertising budgets effectively
Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns
Track conversions and analyze campaign performance
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad requirements




Handle multiple client advertising accounts
