Supervise daily melting operations to meet production schedules.
Operate and monitor induction furnace melting processes.
Ensure correct charge mix, alloy additions, and chemical composition.
Monitor furnace temperature, pouring temperature, and melt quality.
Coordinate with Molding, Quality, and Production departments for smooth operations.
Minimize metal loss and optimize furnace productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Maintain melting records, heat logs, and production reports.
Train and supervise furnace operators and melting helpers.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the melting section.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering discipline.
3–8 years of experience in the melting section of a CI/SG Iron Foundry.
Hands-on experience with medium-frequency induction furnaces.
Knowledge of charge calculation, alloy additions, spectrometer results, and melt quality control.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹54,658.60 per month
