Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects.
Create a secure, positive, and child-friendly classroom setting.
Support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students.
Assess student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
Manage classroom discipline using positive reinforcement strategies.
Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and other assigned duties.
Ensure the safety and welfare of all students throughout the school day.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification).
Prior primary school teaching experience is preferred.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young children and fostering a positive learning workplace.
Basic computer skills and the ability to use digital teaching tools.
