About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns. If you're analytical, data-driven, and passionate about generating measurable results across multiple digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to improve campaign performance and landing page conversions.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Ensure proper campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Google Ads Certification (preferred).
Familiarity with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,853.39 - ₹33,803.96 per month
