Job Title: Picker/Packer

Department: Warehouse Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Shift In-Charge

Job Summary

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Pick items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or handheld devices.
Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
Pack products safely and securely to prevent damage during transit.
Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets.
Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
Assist with inventory counting, stock replenishment, and other warehouse activities as required.
Handle products carefully to minimize loss or damage.

Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and move packages throughout the shift.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent (preferred).
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Willingness to work in shifts, including overtime when required.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry packages as per company guidelines.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift.

Maintain punctuality, regular attendance, and professional behavior.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
